Sugar Land's Animal Shelter
The Sugar Land Legacy Foundation, in partnership with the City of Sugar Land, is launching a capital campaign for additional enhancements to Sugar Land's new Animal Shelter! Approved by Sugar Land voters in the 2019 G.O. Bond Election, the new Animal Shelter will replace the existing shelter with a brand new 17,000 square-foot facility. The SLLF has a fundraising goal of $2.4 million for the construction of these enhancements. Your contributions will see the addition of:
- A multipurpose room & related spaces
- A sally port
- A larger medical treatment space
- Shade canopies for outside runs
- Locker rooms
- New furniture & equipment
