The TIRZ 4 Plaza Pavilion
Located just outside of the Smart Financial Centre, the TIRZ 4 Plaza aspires to be the dynamic gathering space central to the planned development of the larger tract. The Sugar Land Legacy Foundation is currently accepting donations for a proposed pavilion that would complement the existing development in the plaza and allow for enhanced programming of the site. By continuing the themes of a welcoming, urban-style park, the Legacy Foundation, in partnership with the City of Sugar Land, aims to further attract residents and visitors alike to the plaza.
